All orders are subject to availability.
Payment
Ordering online with us is safe and secure. Payment via the website is taken immediately, but payments via invoices take longer, as we have to ensure that funds have cleared before delivery takes place.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payments can be made offline by invoice.
We use PayPal so we never have to see your card details. We only get the delivery address. Once you have purchased from us, we promise privacy, security and our reliability.
Delivery
We despatch all purchased items to the delivery address provided.
We aim to despatch all items within two days of purchase.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of each item purchased and destination, as charged by Royal Mail. Deliveries are made around the world, but due to the nature and weight of some of our products, a delivery charge may be unattainable on this website. Please e-mail us with details of the product you are interested in and the destination, and we will get back to you with a delivery quote.
Environment
It’s all about HEALTH is committed to protecting the environment in our own little way. To this end, wherever possible, we use recycled packaging materials and paper. We shred all confidential documents and recycle all other papers. We send out e-mail confirmations, in an attempt to be more environmentally friendly.
Cancellations/Returns
We have endeavoured to present all our products (circulation massagers, natural food supplements, etc) with the most accurate description and graphic depictions, so that customers have confidence in what they are purchasing.
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT, so there are no additional charges except delivery. We are confident that all our products represent good value for money. Every item ordered is carefully inspected and packaged before it is despatched to our customers.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 10 days from the day of purchase, provided the item is still in the same condition as received and still in its original packaging. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price but will be responsible for all postal costs. We strongly advise that all returns are sent by recorded delivery, and any tracing codes should be kept safely.

The equipment and products are all certified internationally and authorised for sale in European and other markets. Certifications: ISO 9001:2000 and S-2000. All the natural food supplements have been approved by GMP.
